What to expect : 
Respiratory Consultants will work closely with your primary care doctor to help provide you with an individualized care plan. Before your appointment, we will mail you information to facilitate your care. Please complete any questionnaires before coming to clinic and be sure to bring a current list of any medications you may be taking. We may also ask for your permission to obtain your other health records, studies, or x-rays. Having this information will assist with your consultation. We will be happy to help coordinate any necessary follow up tests or visits.
