You can access your health information through MyChart. This allows you to see test results, other medical information, and to send messages to the clinic. To sign up, go to: https://mychart.northmemorial.com/northmemorial/. Find the “Sign Up Online” link and go from there. If you have questions, call 763.520.2940 and ask or staff for assistance. Remember, MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs or medical emergencies.
